Don't believe the website about shipping time frame!!!
I ordered my son's swim team suit on October 6. It was a replacement for the first suit I ordered from this website which arrived way, way too small.
I had ordered it based on the chart provided and using a tape measure to measure him. Based on the chart, he should have been right on for that size. So that was the first frustration. I was going to return it, but they make you pay return shipping, so instead I donated the small suit to the team for someone else to use, and ordered him a new one, 2 sizes up.
I chose the 2-6 day shipping because it should have arrived no later than Oct. 12, just in time for their first meet on Saturday. Even if it shipped the next day, it would have arrived Friday. The checkout page said it would arrive by Thursday.
Today is Oct. 11, and I just received a notification from FedEx that it shipped TODAY and won't arrive here until NEXT Wednesday, Oct. 18!!! That's 12 days!!
I've ordered things on eBay that shipped from CHINA and arrived quicker than that!!! Even going from today, that's 7 days, not 2-6. I contacted Customer Support and their excuse is that the order was placed on a Friday, and then there was a holiday, so the warehouse didn't even get to it for 3 days, and then the item was "shipped" on the 10th but really that means it would go out on next day on the 11th. WTF!!!!
She didn't try to do anything to make up for it either. She didn't offer a refund, didn't try to send a new swimsuit on 1-2 day shipping so it would get here in time. I would have taken anything.
But no, my son will be without a team suit for his first swim meet, through no fault of mine (first order was placed Sept. 11!) I will be avoiding this website from now on.

Dishonest representation bad customer service
I ordered a men's speedo size 24. They sent me a 9in by 7in speedo that at most stretches to a 20in.
waist when in their sizing chart it clearly stated that a 24 will fit a 24-26 in waist. I have multiple places in my account and on the paperwork they sent me that state it is a returnable item yet Swim Outlet refuses to allow me to return it. They acknowledge that they may have made the wrong size but regardless they refuse to remake my order or refund my payment.
While chatting with customer service I was disconnected and told they had technical issues. Likely they just did not want to accept accountability.

Customer Service, delivery, and returns SUCK!!!!!
The delivery times are way off, so if you have a time window you are looking at to get your items, order way in advance. If you have a return, know that you will NOT get all of your money back.
Also, you will need to pay for shipping both ways if you need to return. If you contact customer service, they are useless and unhelpful!!! My advice, look for your item elsewhere (Amazon)... If you plan on buying without a time frame and going to keep whatever you order no matter what- great.
But, not me.. this was beyond disappointing :( They say 2-6 business days for delivery, but not true. They also make you think that delivery is through Fed Ex, but in the end, it ends up in USPS hands. I do not trust my mailman..

Rip-off on returns
I have been engaged in a months-long issue with this company regarding a return. It's just been a huge run-around.
Their return process is ridiculous and not well explained. I acquired a RA# and put a print-out of that with a copy of my original order in the box and shipped it USPS. They claim they have no way of tracking a return unless a tracking # is given, but this is not clearly stated in the return instructions, and in fact is only "recommended" there, not posted prominently as REQUIRED. Since i shipped using metered mail from my office, there is no tracking number.
But the bigger question is how can they claim not to be able to track a return that has an RA# supplied by them? They have wasted so much of my time, and even my credit card company (AmEx), who offered a promotion for this vendor, has not been able to get any resolution.
I will NEVER buy from this company again and I am also going to cancel my AmEx card and will NEVER use AmEx again. STAY AWAY!

Very bad customer service!!
So the bad customer service company issues just get worse. I waited for a customer service person for 20 minutes because I followed their procedure for returns exactly on 8-3-16.
They claim the package is still not there. Unbelievable-I have never had these issues with any on line company and I order all the time.
They also are refusing to credit me for original shipping even tho the items were not as pictures and one was damaged!! I will never ever buy from them again!!!

made me feel like I did something wrong by asking to waive the return shipping fee.
Imagine that, actually asking for some customer service! Nope, not coming back to Swim outlet ever again and neither will my swim team.
